GENERAL
• You must be 18 or above to commission me.
• I may decline your commission for any reason without explanation.
• I , as the artist, reserve the right to use commission artwork for self promotion
(social medias portfolio, patreon (high-res access)). If you want to keep your commission private, ask me about the rates (+30% fee)
• All commission wips and pieces will be posted to my Patreon.
• I may post wips publicly to my social media.
• Wait times for sketches, for b&w and shaded will be discuss.
• Ways to contact me: E-mail me the details at [email protected] or DM me on Twitter. If e-mailing,please label the title as 'commission'.
• When e-mailing me, include your Twitter/etc somewhere. The more details you include, the easier it will be for me to get back to you.
• Please include as many references as needed if it's a character I am not familiar with. Information about character(s),
any preference for poses or expressions? Age, body build and so on. Any details or anything you feel needs to be brought to my attention?
• You are not allowed to copy or trace the work in any way, unless given permission beforehand.
• As the client you have full ownership of the image you buy, but please be sure to credit me as an artist. Removing my signature is strictly prohibited.
• You may not mint my art work.
• Below is a basic rundown of what I feel comfortable drawing and what I don't enjoy drawing. If something isn't listed, feel free to DM or email me!
PAYMENT
• Payments will be sent through paypal in Dollars through an invoice.
• Payment is up front. I will not start your commission until the payment has been fully received.
• Payment plans are available for work over 350$. DM me to discuss details.
• Privacy adds a 30% fee of the total price. (ex. 100$ + 30% = 130$ )
• Alternative versions [nudity, other outfit nd etc.] adds a 10%-70% [depends on difficulty ] fee of the price.
• Backgrounds, depending on difficulty start at 10$ and can run up to 50$. Contact me about what setting you want to see and I will discuss a price.
I will decline backgrounds I do not feel comfortable doing.
• Refunds will be given if provided a good reason and I have not started the commission yet. If you’ve paid for a coloured image and I only have a sketch
and nothing else, the difference in price can be refunded.
WORKFLOW
• Confirmed requests will be contacted via the provided info.
• I will begin working on the commission after all commission info is settled and I received your approval to start.
• I will always send you a sketch of your commission, in case of minor changes. After confirmation, it will go into production. In case of it being
JUST a sketch commission; you will be sent a rough sketch first.
• I send out guaranteed WIPs of the sketch, lineart and flat colour stages.
• For a sketch, you will receive a rough sketch wip in case anything needs minor adjustments [thicker legs, change expression etc].
The final sketch file will be between 2000-3000px.
• For coloured or b&w work, you receive a rough sketch, sketch, lineart wip, flat colour wip [in case any colours need to be changed].
The final file will be sent as a full resolution between 3000-5000px
• Wait times can be between 1 to 4 weeks. By commissioning me you agree with the wait time.
• You may ask for updates, but don't poke me every other day about them.
• However, if I have a big workload [outside of art], I will let you know it might probably take longer and a rough estimate, and it's up to you to accept or decline.
COMMERCIAL USE
• Commissioned artwork can be used strictly for the client personal use. Do not use it for promotional or commercial purposes, unless there was an agreement
to it and you've paid commercial use fee .
• Commercial use is anything that includes you profiting from the product, such as merchandise, monetized video content, game illustrations and more.
• For commercial commissions, there will be a 30% price increase on top of the original price.
